Tahini Yoghurt Sauce to go on boiled vegetables

 Tahini Yoghurt (Ms Fotheringham will make a class batch)

 

½ cup Natural unsweetened thick yogurt

1 ½ - 2 tablespoons tahini paste

1 clove garlic minced

juice of  ½ a lemon

 

Combine yoghurt, tahini, garlic and lemons juice.  Season to taste with salt and pepper.
